RDDT
Reddit, Inc. is a Media company listed on NEW YORK STOCK EXCHANGE, INC..
Reddit is a proprietary American social news website, news aggregator, forum and social media platform. Registered users submit content to the site such as links, text posts, images, and videos, which are then voted up or down by other members. Posts are organized by subject into user-created boards called "subreddits". Submissions with more upvotes appear towards the top of their subreddit and, if they receive enough upvotes, ultimately on the site's front page. Reddit administrators moderate the communities. Moderation is also conducted by subreddit-specific moderators, who are unpaid volunteers. It is operated by Reddit, Inc., based in San Francisco.

How it's calculated: Share growth = weighted average shares ÷ earlier-year weighted average shares − 1.
Rule: Weighted average shares up 5% or more in a year, or 10% or more over three years.
Why it can matter: When a company issues new shares, each existing share becomes a smaller slice of the profits, so earnings per share can lag total earnings.
Common innocent explanations: Shares issued to pay for an acquisition or to fund growth, or employee share awards that vest over time.
